Ascend was founded by Jordan Iverson to fill a void in new homes. Realizing there was a need for homes in the $385k-495k range that had a focus on current trends and timeless style. He brings his eye for efficient design and the latest in interior finishes and technology into a range of homes that are flexible for today's modern families.
The company carries on his late father's legacy of building homes under Oak Tree Builders name for over 35 years in the Eugene, Oregon area. Select plans were updated and refined from his father's catalog of built homes, and new floor plans have also been added that were designed exclusively for this project by Jordan. Each home plan is done in a timeless style and provides multi-function spaces that grow with your lifestyle.
